"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had to send back a couple things because they didn’t fit my kid right, which always feels like one more errand on top of everything else. I think I was packing the return up while dinner was in the oven, so I was already assuming the refund would take forever and I’d have to keep checking on it.

But once they got the items back, the money showed up on my card fast. I didn’t have to send any follow-up emails or sit around wondering what was going on, which was nice. Simple return experience overall.

"Kids say they’re comfy, but I’ve got a few little complaints"
My kids actually choose these clothes on their own because they say they’re really soft and not itchy, which is a big win. The waistbands don’t bother them, and they can run around without complaining. I will say, I do wish the fabric didn’t wrinkle so easily, and yeah, the wrinkling is kind of annoying. Also, I wish there were more colors, because I keep wishing there were more options every time we grab another pair. But comfort-wise, they’ve been really good so far.

I had a really smooth experience using Tea Collection. I’m always a little cautious shopping online because I don’t want to get fooled by confusing pages or surprise stuff at checkout, but this site felt really straightforward. I picked up a few kids’ shirts during the sale, and the discount code worked right away, which was nice. The prices seemed a lot better than usual, at least from what I could tell. Shipping wasn’t super fast or anything, but it was fine. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably check their sales again.

"Cute designs, but the sizing threw me off"
I ordered this for my kid because they needed a few new shirts anyway, and I figured I’d grab their usual size since that’s normally safe. The designs are really cute, and my kid was excited about it, but the fit was way smaller than I expected. After one wash, the shirt was barely fitting, which was annoying because I had just done a whole laundry catch-up day. I did look at the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t really help much. For the price, I was hoping it would fit better or at least last a little longer.

I ordered a few outfits for my daughter, i was a little suspicious at first because the prices aren’t exactly cheap. But the quality is actually really nice. The fabric feels soft without being flimsy, and after a couple of washes the colors still look good, which I half expected not to happen. They are a bit pricey, but so far they seem to hold up well, so I’m happy with them.

My Tea Collection order came in good shape. The clothes were folded nicely. Nothing was damaged or messy. The bag was simple, but it worked. The outside package was a little squished. So I took off one star. Everything inside was totally fine though. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I found a few really cute things and was ready to grab them, but actually, by the time I got to checkout, half the sizes were already gone. It’s a little frustrating because I was excited at first, then not so much once everything I wanted was sold out...
